Ruttio requests read-only HealthKit access. Workout browsing, export generation, route planning, and temporary export files happen locally on your device. Planned routes may sync through your private iCloud database, but no workout exports are uploaded to Ruttio-owned servers and the app does not use analytics or tracking.
